What AI models does Command use?
Command uses Google Gemini for image generation and visual content, and OpenAI GPT models for text generation, chat copilots, and content strategy. All AI outputs go through a review step before being published.

How do AI credits work?
Each image generation uses 1 credit, each video uses 10 credits. Chat and text AI are unlimited on paid plans. The free tier includes 10 image credits. Credits reset monthly on your billing cycle.

How do I connect my Shopify store?
Go to Settings > Integrations and click 'Connect Shopify'. You'll be guided through the OAuth flow to authorize access to your store's products and orders.

Is my data secure?
Yes. We use Supabase with Row-Level Security (RLS) to ensure data isolation between organizations. All API calls are authenticated and rate-limited. See our Privacy Policy for details.

What happens when I run out of credits?
When your credits are depleted, AI image and video generation will be paused until your next billing cycle or until you upgrade your plan. Text-based AI features remain available on paid plans.

Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
